Topic: Promotion of an officer to Captain who had been involved in sexual harassments violates the trust of the public and sets a bad precedence of acceptable behavior in the police department. City Council supported this officer by authorizing the settlement amount of $250K to the victim and $91K in attorney fees. How are we supposed to trust the Ridgecrest PD with Flock when this is who they decide to promote?
